Our Program
We provide a substance‑free home where residents can rebuild their lives in a supportive community. There is no minimum sobriety requirement for admission, but residents must be capable of independent living and engage in clinically indicated treatment[1]. Our houses are alcohol‑ and drug‑free and include structure, accountability and regular house meetings[2]. Applicants are encouraged to bring only essential personal items so that they can focus on recovery.
Residents participate in a neuroscience‑based recovery model and are supported by peers who share their experiences. Individual recovery plans are tailored to each person’s needs and goals[3]. We foster a community atmosphere where connection, healthy living and renewed self‑awareness lead to long‑term sobriety.
Core Values
Our organisation is grounded in four foundational values that guide everything we do:
- Trust: We build reliability and confidence in each other as we work toward recovery[4].
- Respect: We create an environment of mutual understanding and dignity where everyone is treated with compassion[4].
- Accountability: We promote personal responsibility and growth through structure and peer encouragement[4].
- Teamwork: We develop a sense of community and support by working together and helping one another[4].
